How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed a bit differently depending on where you purchased the app from.

  • Direct Sale - or purchased license in-app

Bundle Sales

All bundle purchases are final.  We do not offer refunds to Bundle apps.

Mac App Store

Apple handles all billing for the App Stores and handles all refund requests.
Here are the steps that you'll need to take in order to get a full refund from Apple.
1. Go to Apple's problem reports page:
2. Login with your Apple ID user name (typically your email address) and password.
3. Select the appropriate tab—all, music, movies, TV shows, apps, or books.
4. Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase you want a refund for.
5. Click on Choose Problem and select your problem from the menu.
6. Under "Describe this problem", write in that you contacted the developer and they advised you to get a refund.
7. Click the Submit button.

You should hear back from Apple within a few days to a week with whether your request for a refund is approved.

Direct Sale

If you purchased directly from our website ( or from within the app itself and received a license code and Paddle receipt then please email us with the name of the app purchased, license code, and email address used during registration.  Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
